Our dealers place their orders from their own screen. Because they can see the price and the stock while they enter them, far fewer orders come back to us for correction.

Digitalize Your Dealer Channel

Manage ordering, customer-specific pricing, account statements and collections from one platform with B4Bdex. Your dealers order around the clock while your team focuses on selling.

Dealer Order Management
(01)

Dealer Order Management lets your dealers place orders from their own screen instead of competing for phone and WhatsApp attention. Each dealer sees their own price, live stock and current balance while building the order, and the moment it is confirmed it lands in your ERP. Order history, one-click reordering and saved lists turn routine replenishment into a few seconds of work.

Customer-Specific Pricing & Discounts
(02)

Price lists, customer groups and account-specific rates mirror the structure you already keep in your ERP. A dealer signing in sees only the prices that belong to them, with discounts applied in a default order you can change: list price, group rate, product-family rate, then any active promotion. Change a price in the ERP and the portal is selling at the new one on the next sync.

Account Statements & Balances
(03)

A dealer picks a date range and the statement opens straight away, with debit, credit and balance lines matching the account transactions in your ERP row for row. Open invoices, issued e-documents and an aging table sit on the same screen and export to PDF or Excel. Your finance team stops fielding balance calls, and period-end reconciliation runs off one shared set of figures.

Credit Limits & Payment Terms
(04)

Every dealer's credit limit, remaining headroom and payment terms stay visible while the order is still being built. A basket that breaches the limit either routes to a sales manager for approval or is blocked outright, and you decide which. Term surcharges, early-settlement discounts and collateral held against checks all feed the calculation, and one switch stops ordering for accounts in arrears.

Real-Time Stock & Multi-Warehouse
(05)

Stock figures refresh from your ERP within minutes. On the product page a dealer sees the current quantity, the warehouse the line will ship from and the arrival date of any incoming batch. Reserved, blocked and sellable quantities are counted separately. When an item runs out you can hide it, open it for backorder or offer a substitute, and the rule is set per product family.

Promotions & Volume Pricing
(06)

Set up a volume-break table and the basket shows the dealer what the next tier is worth: add twelve more units and the unit price drops. Buy-and-get offers, free goods, extra rates on a product family and date-bounded seasonal terms all run through the same engine. Target a promotion at one dealer group and it appears only on their screens, with qualifying quantities tracked live in the cart.

Product Catalog & Variants
(07)

Products arrive from your ERP and gain a category tree, spec tables and links to equivalents and companion items inside the portal. Size, color and dimension variants collapse into a single product card shown as a matrix, so a dealer types quantities across the grid and adds the whole row in one action. What each dealer can see is governed by brand, product family or contract scope.

Order Rules (Case, Pallet, Assortment)
(08)

Define a minimum order quantity, an inner-case multiple, pallet completion and required assortment mixes per product. Type 7 into the quantity box and the basket rounds up to the case size and explains, on the line itself, why. Minimum order values, family-level thresholds and a pallet-fill warning are checked before checkout, so broken cases and short pallets never reach the warehouse.

Quote Management (RFQ)
(09)

When a dealer needs a price that is not on their list, or wants special terms, they convert the basket into a request. It lands with the account manager, who prices it line by line, sets the discount and an expiry date, and sends it back. Approving the quote turns those exact lines into an order. Every revision is kept, so you can see who changed which line and when.

Field Sales & Rep Management
(10)

A rep opens their own portfolio on a phone, places an order for the dealer standing in front of them, and shows that dealer the account balance and open invoices while doing it. Visit notes, orders and collections are entered on the same screen, so nothing waits for a form back at the office. Managers compare portfolios, visit frequency and revenue per rep in one list.

Returns & Case Management
(11)

The dealer picks lines from a past order, flags a reason and attaches photos. The request moves through your approval steps, and an accepted return raises the credit note in your ERP against that account. Damage claims, short deliveries, warranty questions and technical support all live in the same case file, and the dealer can see the status and the owner of each one.

Contract & Agreement Management
(12)

The pricing terms, volume commitment, discount rate and validity dates of each signed agreement are held on the dealer record and referenced whenever an order is priced. Territory rules, eligible product families and sub-dealer permissions attach to the contract itself. Expiring agreements raise a warning ahead of the date, and signed documents, addenda and consent forms stay with the account.

Finance & Online Collections
(13)

From the statement a dealer selects which invoices to settle and clears them by card through your payment gateway, with installment plans and term surcharges following your acquirer agreements. Wire notifications, check entries and collections taken by reps in the field go through the same screen. Each one posts to the customer ledger in your ERP, is matched against bank transactions and moves the balance that day.

Shipping & Fulfillment
(14)

B4Bdex connects to the carriers you already work with. When the warehouse packs an order, the label and consignment record are created automatically and the tracking number is written into the order detail and the notification e-mail. Dealers choose a delivery address from their own branch list, partial shipments are tracked separately, and e-dispatch and e-invoice documents move through the same flow.

Dealer Onboarding
(15)

A prospective dealer applies from your website and uploads their tax certificate, signature circular and consent form. The application moves through sales, finance and management approvals in turn. On approval the customer record is opened in your ERP, and the portal account and price list are assigned automatically. First sign-in walks the dealer through catalog, ordering and statements.

CRM & Customer Relations
(16)

Calls, e-mails, field visits, open cases and sent quotes sit on the dealer's record in date order. Before a conversation the account manager can see twelve months of order history, the outstanding balance and anything still waiting on an answer, without opening a second system. Accounts that stop ordering raise a follow-up task, assigned to an owner and held on the list until it is closed.

Targets, Incentives & Commissions
(17)

Targets are defined monthly, quarterly or annually and broken down by dealer, rep, product family and territory. Attainment is read from confirmed orders, and the dealer sees how far they are from the next tier as a percentage on their own dashboard. Tiered rates, revenue bonuses and rules tied to collection performance work out what is owed, and the period-end schedule goes for approval.

Your Whole Dealer Channel in One System

Customer-Specific Pricing feature icon

Customer-Specific Pricing

Every dealer sees only the net price they negotiated. The list price and other dealers' rates never reach their screen.

Live Stock Visibility feature icon

Live Stock Visibility

Sellable quantities refresh on every sync with your ERP, already net of reserved and blocked units. The dealer builds the order against quantities that actually exist.

Self-Service Account Statements feature icon

Self-Service Account Statements

Current balance, amounts falling due and invoice copies sit on the dealer's own screen, with e-documents pulled straight from the line. An overdue amount shows on the dealer's screen and on yours at the same moment.

Order Approval Workflow feature icon

Order Approval Workflow

An order that pushes a credit limit or asks for a special price moves through the chain of approvers you define. Who released it, and when, goes on record.

Quick Order and Spreadsheet Upload feature icon

Quick Order and Spreadsheet Upload

For an order running to hundreds of lines, paste a list of part numbers and quantities or upload the spreadsheet you already keep. Anything that fails to match is listed on its own.

Reporting and Dashboards feature icon

Reporting and Dashboards

Which dealers are growing, which product families are slowing, where collections are getting stuck? The dashboard answers all three without anyone building a pivot table.

An Ordering Backbone Built Around Your Dealer Channel

By bringing your entire dealer channel onto one platform, we give you a flexible foundation that is configured around your business, syncs both ways with your ERP, and does not add operational load as your dealer count grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

A consumer store shows one price to everyone and expects payment up front. B4Bdex recognizes the dealer who signs in: their negotiated pricing, the assortment opened to them, their remaining credit headroom and their account balance. Trading on terms, case and pallet multiples, order approvals and sub-dealer structures are built into the system rather than bolted on afterwards.
Yes. You group dealers by turnover, channel or territory and attach a price list to each group, then set separate rates and volume tiers per product family. Where a negotiated deal falls outside the group rule, one line pins a price to a single dealer and a single product. Early-settlement discounts and payment-term surcharges are part of the same structure, not a spreadsheet kept on the side.
You keep your ERP; B4Bdex sits on top of it as a sales channel. It syncs both ways with the systems most companies already run, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, SAP, Akınsoft, Uyumsoft and Nebim among them: products, prices, stock and account transactions come across to the portal, while orders and collections raised in the portal are written back. Where the two disagree, the ERP is always the source. Anything without a ready-made connector is wired up through the open API.
What sets the pace is data readiness rather than software: how clean the product catalog is, how clearly the price lists are defined, how accurately customer records map across. Bring ERP integration into scope and the field mappings on the other side join the list. That is why we do not put a number on the calendar up front: we prove the setup with a small pilot group of dealers, then plan the rollout to the whole network with you, against what your own data actually looks like.
Data is hosted in data centers in Türkiye and processed under KVKK, the Turkish data protection law. The privacy notice, retention periods and data subject request flow are all defined as part of the rollout. Access is limited by role-based permissions and sensitive actions are written to an audit trail. Card details are never stored on our side at any point; that step completes inside your own bank's virtual POS.
A main dealer can carry as many sub-dealers as you need, each with its own login, price list and account. You decide separately whether the main dealer can see its sub-dealers' orders, whether it approves them, and which reports it may open. For manufacturers selling through distributors, the hierarchy is not capped at a single level.
The portal runs on phones and tablets with nothing to install. Out on a visit, a rep signs in with their own account, places an order on the dealer's behalf, checks that dealer's balance and remaining credit headroom on the spot, and records a payment received. Which accounts each rep may touch is set on the permissions side, so nobody works outside their own book.
Collections are part of the platform. A dealer can clear an open amount on their statement, or the value of an order, by card through your own bank's virtual POS, with installment and surcharge rules applied exactly as you set them. Bank transfer notifications go in from the same screen. Once a payment posts to the account the credit headroom frees up, and the dealer who settled is free to order again.
